(Manchester, NH, February 15) — York IE, a vertically integrated strategic growth and investment firm for technology companies, today announced its ninth investment cohort.
The six-month cohort, which ran from July 1 to December 31, 2023, included six investments (five new companies and one follow-on to a previous investment) totaling $7 million. York IE has also seen significant growth and progress from previous investments within its portfolio.

9th York IE Cohort
Through this new cohort, York IE has made 65 investments in 50 companies. New companies in the cohort include:
- Givzey (Boston), the fundraising industry’s first digital futures contract platform;
- PeakMetrics (Los Angeles), an AI-based media and narrative intelligence platform
- RealSage (Toronto), a data intelligence platform for multifamily asset owners and operators;
- Stockpress (Boston), a collaborative file management platform for distributed teams;
- Vend Park (Boston), a fully digital parking access and revenue management system;

The follow-on investment is in London-based Evorra, a privacy-first data marketplace for brands and agencies.
York IE actively invests capital in early-stage B2B SaaS startups, which often includes providing strategic guidance and tactical support to portfolio companies. Several companies in this group, including PeakMetrics and Stockpress, have leveraged York IE’s Advisory as a Service product.
The success of York IE and its portfolio companies
The second half of 2023 was successful for many companies within the York IE portfolio.
- Auditoria has received additional investment from KPMG, underscoring its commitment to transforming its financial processes.
- Blustream doubled its revenue growth and customer base during the year.
- Canvs AI has received $15 million in investment led by Fulcrum Equity Partners.
- Cognitive Space has been named one of Aerospace and Defense Review’s top 10 satellite solutions companies.
- Cyberhaven was named to Fortune Cyber 60.
- Datanomix was named one of New Hampshire’s best tech startups by The Tech Tribune.
- Defendify received 61 badges in the Fall 2023 G2 Grid Report.
- Lytica was named a Top Technology Startup by Food Logistics and Supply and Demand Chain Executive.
- MedStack has acquired Exos, a governance risk and compliance product designed exclusively for the North American healthcare industry.
- Stay Ai raised Series A, bringing total funding to $15.1 million. and
- VETRO was named to the 2023 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 list.
Of the 50 companies in which York IE invested, three were successful in acquisitions and around half raised additional capital at increased valuations.
York IE also experienced impressive growth in the second half of the year.
The company announced that it is an Amazon Web Services Certified Solutions Partner, demonstrating technical expertise in developing, deploying and maintaining SaaS applications for advisory clients.
The company also announced a major partnership with WP Engine, the most trusted WordPress hosting platform. Hunt Club, a full-service recruiting firm powered by technology and community; There is also Reveneer, an inside sales service provider.
