The 2024 Bank Customer Experience Awards will be presented at the Bank Customer Experience Summit and Interactive Customer Experience Summit, jointly held in Charlotte, North Carolina, September 9-11. Nominations for the Experience Awards have officially been released.
The 2024 Bank Customer Experience Awards will be presented at the Bank Customer Experience Summit and Interactive Customer Experience Summit, jointly held in Charlotte, North Carolina, September 9-11. Nominations for the Experience Awards have officially been released.
Judges will consider candidates based on how they plan and implement innovative banking experiences that meet customers’ current needs. Three winners will be selected from the nominees, with the top winner receiving an additional Innovator of the Year award.
Bank of America won the 2023 Innovator of the Year Award for its Financial Health Framework initiative, which provides transparent products and services, spending tracking and financial security, expert advice and simpler financial management tools.
Other winners in 2023 were America’s Credit Union for JunXion for its small branch design and Citizens Bank for its FastLine home equity line of credit process.
Some of the 2022 award winners include:
- KeyBank provides the ATM experience.
- Branch experience at Columbia Bank.
- Broadway Bank’s digital solution.
Only customer experience projects and technologies implemented after January 1, 2023 can be nominated for the 2024 awards. Examples of projects include:
- Branch design/experience.
- Digital banking.
- ATM/self-service banking.
- Omnichannel banking.
- Other banking innovations.
To nominate, you must provide a brief description of your experience (up to 1,500 characters), an in-depth explanation of why it is unique (up to 5,000 characters), and a link to a website or video about your project or financial institution. .
