Together, we aim to inspire and encourage entrepreneurship in AI, creating a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive community of entrepreneurs and problem solvers working on pressing global issues. This partnership provides a platform and exposure for leading AI entrepreneurs from Oxford and Cambridge to showcase themselves on the global stage. In addition, we are providing participants with up to $150,000 worth of Azure Cloud credits to access leading generative AI models, including Meta’s GPT-4.0 and Llama 2.

Last year, our collaboration with OxbridgeAIx created exciting opportunities for participating teams. For example, our support for two of the finalists in last year’s Oxbridge AI Challenge, JRE and Adalat.ai, resulted in their inclusion in the Microsoft Imagine Cup. Often referred to as the “Tech Olympics,” the competition that Imagine Cup is the premier global technology competition that enables student entrepreneurs to transform their innovative ideas into marketable startups using the Microsoft Cloud. Participants are eligible to compete for the top prize of $100,000 and a mentoring session with Microsoft Chairman and CEO Satya Nadella. Throughout the competition, participants will accelerate their startups through networking opportunities, global recognition, and expert coaching.. JRE finished in the top three at the 2024 tournament..
