NHS England has missed its promise to upload a less redacted version of its federation data platform agreement by March 11, legal transparency advocates Good Law Project said on Tuesday.

NHSE was not immediately available for comment.
On Tuesday, the Good Law Project published the following article: story NHSE reported on its website that it continued contract negotiations with Palantir after awarding the FDP contract in November 2023.
The story quotes a letter from an NHS lawyer indicating that the FDP contract has been significantly revised due to the fact that it is still “subject to commercial negotiation”.
A spokesperson for the Good Law Project told Digital Health News, adding that they believe such renegotiation of a contract after it has been signed is ‘illegal’. “Legal action”
