Same with the case of Builder Base, if a layer has maxed out his previous base then he would not face any issue while maxing out his current base and also will be able to max out his base earlier than the one who has not maxed out their previous builder base.
If you are still thinking of rushing the Builder Hall 6 base, then you can avoid upgrading the Builder Barracks which will unlock- The Witch. But If you don’t want to unlock the Witch, then you are free to do so. Unlocking the Witch at the early stages of Builder Hall 6 can be beneficial too.

Now we are done upgrading all of our Offensive Buildings so from here, we will start to focus on our Defensive Buildings.
We will be appointing our Builder 1 to unlock all of the new remaining defense buildings, traps, and resource buildings. Doing this will take about 25 hours, as we are introduced to a new defense building Roaster which takes about 24 hours. The rest of the traps will only take about 1 hour.
We will appoint our Builder 2 to upgrade the Multi-Mortar first until they reach their maximum levels according to Builder Hall 6. The multi-mortar will deal a lot of damage from its splash attack when it’s been upgraded to a higher level.
